With a dedicated events space for large scale corporate events and big name brands choosing this venue for conferences, exhibitions, awards shows and hospitality events this is an unmissable chance to join this brilliant venue. Due to continuous growth and a very full pipeline of events we are now supporting this great venue with the hire of an Event Manager.
The Event Manager will work closely with the Senior Event Managers and Operations Manager as part of a close knit team to deliver the highest level of events in the space. This is a planning and operational role where you will liaise with all departments from catering, to AV, security and entertainment acting as the key point of contact for the client all the way through to event de-brief. You will lead mid to large sized conferences, awards and exhibition projects.
Really key for this role is events and hospitality experience within an events venue as well as experience in conference and banqueting - hotel or venues are preferred. Due to the nature of the events there will be evening and weekend work and flexibility is required (TOIL policy) as is a positive approach and a client facing demeanour.
