About the Role As Support Worker, you will be at the heart of providing care, encouragement, and development opportunities to people with learning disabilities. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll deliver engaging activities, provide tailored support, and help each individual build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections. Support clients in accessing community facilities and building social networks. Act as a key worker, developing person-centred plans that empower each user to achieve their goals. Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that promotes well-being. Assist with personal care when needed, while promoting dignity and independence. What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable, with a strong desire to support children and young people to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Awareness of safeguarding practices and health and safety protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays as part of a rota.
