We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Training and Events, based in Sheffield. This pivotal role will see you leading a dedicated team to deliver expert NHS Procurement-focused training to both NHS procurement professionals and non-procurement delegates.

We are looking for someone who is:
* An excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.
* MCIPS qualified with extensive experience in NHS procurement or a similar field.
* Creative and innovative in developing training programs.
* Organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Passionate about contributing to the improvement of NHS services.
Job responsibilities
As the Head of Training and Events, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading a small team of training and event professionals.
* Designing and delivering high-quality procurement training programs.
* Being the face of NOECPC at events and in the media.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities.
* Ensuring all training materials are current and relevant to the evolving NHS procurement landscape.
* Organising and managing training events to ensure they run smoothly and effectively.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent including Mathematics and English.
Knowledge, Procurement
* MCIPS.
Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Demonstrable experience of creating content and delivering in-person and online to procurement professionals or equivalent experience.
* Experience of organising, building content and hosting large successful events.
Attributes
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and high standards of customer service when dealing with the senior team, the wider Commercial Operations Team and external/internal stakeholders and members.
