Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Adapt to different teaching styles and lesson plans as required. Provide feedback on student progress and performance to regular teachers and school management. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as needed. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching or working with children and young adults. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational standards. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. Proficient in classroom management techniques. Good IT skills for lesson planning and delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education. Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting. Additional training in special education needs (SEN) or safeguarding. Working Conditions: Work in various schools across the North West England region. Regularly collaborate with different teaching staff and school leadership teams. Flexible working hours based on school requirements. Possibility of short notice assignments and travel between school locations.
