The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Executive to join our People Team. This is a generalist, hands-on role where you’ll support all areas of HR, from recruitment coordination and managing onboarding to handling HR admin, data reporting, and supporting people projects. You’ll play an important role in driving initiatives that support our rapid growth and help build a high-performance culture. What You’ll Be Doing HR Operations & Compliance • Manage all people-related processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR tasks. • Conduct regular audits of HR practices, policies, and processes, identifying and implementing solutions to improve the employee experience. • Optimise HR systems for a seamless, efficient digital experience across the business. • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, offering practical guidance to employees and managers. • Ensure compliance with HR standards, maintaining accurate employee data and meeting legal requirements. • Deliver insightful HR data and reports to support business decisions. People, Culture & Engagement • Support initiatives in learning, employee engagement, and performance management. • Contribute to people projects that foster a high-performance culture, ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and equipped to succeed. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Support the recruitment process, from writing job ads to screening candidates and coordinating interviews. • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
