The role of Administration Officer will include: Providing home owners, managers and staff with clear guidance and practical advice on facilities and building related issues Building and maintaining constructive relationships with owners and other key stakeholders, Resolving complaints and breakdowns in service delivery Ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times Providing an efficient front of house and facilities services Assisting in the line management of staff Skills and experiences: Previous experience gained within an administrative or reception role, or similar Some experience or involvement in managing staff is desirable Ideally have some experience of working in a facilities management environment Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload Strong communication and customer service skills Have a working knowledge of Word and Excel (or similar) Are you ready to be your best?
