Legal Personal Assistant - Permanent role - Liverpool - Competitive Salary Your new company I am currently supporting a key client within the legal sector who are looking for an experienced Legal Personal Assistant for their corporate function, to join a knowledgeable and professional secretarial team. Your new role The main purpose of your role is to provide high quality secretarial and administrative support for the corporate department. This is a vibrant and fast-paced role where your main responsibilities will include control and preparation of legal documentation, audiotyping, accurately managing diaries and case management systems and managing and responding to a high volume of emails. You will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients and liaise with other senior stakeholders where relevant. You will mostly be supporting the Managing Partner and must have exposure to dealing with corporate clients and documentation. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have previous experience as a PA/Legal secretary within a corporate division. You will have the ability to accurately transcribe audio dictation and copy type from draft documents, be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and showcase excellent communication skills along with a confident and proactive manner. You will have experience of maintaining accurate filing systems and databases, be able to work collaboratively and be able to take charge of diary management, travel arrangements and meeting preparation. We will conduct a skills' assessment on application to assess your accuracy and typing speed. Experience using BigHand is highly advantageous.
