Responsibilities associated with teaching mathematics:
* Plan and deliver engaging, clear, and effective maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Contribute to the design and development of an innovative and comprehensive maths curriculum.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to develop a love for mathematics and critical thinking skills.
* Lead and participate in maths-related extracurricular activities, competitions, and clubs.
To get qualified and cleared for this position you must:
* Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) qualification (essential for the role)
* 2 relevant professional references
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
* Right to work in the UK
* Proven success in teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
* A genuine passion for mathematics and a commitment to making the subject exciting and accessible for students.
* Ability to create engaging, creative, and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to education.
