We are looking for a motivated and experienced Care Manager to join our dedicated team. Job specification: The Key to being successful in this position is experience, enthusiasm, motivation and work ethic.
-Oversee the smooth running of the domiciliary care service.
-Manage new client enquiries and conduct initial visits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews.
-Monitor service delivery, ensuring high-quality and safe care provision.
-Manage and maintain effective staff rotas, ensuring sufficient staffing levels and continuity of care.
-Support the Registered Manager in ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and local authority contract requirements.
-Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and training sessions to maintain professional development and quality service delivery.
-Oversee administrative duties, including invoicing accuracy, finance reporting, and rostering processes.
-Participate in safeguarding processes, escalate concerns, and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.
-Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication between staff, clients, and stakeholders.
-Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff to maintain a strong and competent care team.

What are we looking for – Key skills and attributes: To join our inspirational team, the key qualities we are looking for are:
Essential:
-Passion for person-centred care and outcome-focused service provision.
-Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator or Supervisor in domiciliary care.
-Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring care staff.
-Knowledge of rostering/scheduling systems and strong organisational skills.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general IT systems.
-Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
-Willingness to participate in an on-call system for out-of-hours support.
Desirable:
-Knowledge of Council contracts for service.
-Experience in networking and building relationships within the care sector.
