About the role: As a Behaviour Mentor in Hackney, London, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs. Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, you’ll have the opportunity to develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success. Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor : Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs. Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills. Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
