As aka Recruitment continue to work with a longstanding client of ours whilst they expand their Service team, we are delighted to bring you this Service Advisor role Working for a state of the art Main Dealership in Dewsbury you will be working with a superb Management team who will guide and develop your skill sets forward Job Duties Include: - Dealing with Customer both face to face and over the phone - Booking in Services, MOTs and any Warranty work - Provide the aftersales support for all customers keeping them updated at each step - Working well within a team Requirements: - Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor role is essential - Knowledge of Kerridge/Pinnacle systems is also essential - You must have a professional manner and excellent customer service skills Reasons to apply; - Strong Bonus Structure in place - Excellent training programme if required - Main dealership stability This is a great opportunity to join a busy and thriving team within a Main Dealership.
