Job Title: SEN Tutor Location:

Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours
£20 - £30 Per hour
The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This includes developing and implementing tailored learning plans, adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs, and monitoring progress closely. The Tutor will also collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a comprehensive support system for students with SEN.
- Relevant experience working with students with SEN
- Strong understanding of SEN support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Previous experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Certification in SEN teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
