Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Main Responsibilities:
* Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
* Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
* Maintain and organize records, reports, and other documents efficiently.
* Perform data processing and ensure information is correctly formatted.
* Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.
* Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
* Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks and maintain productivity levels.
* Work closely with other departments to gather and input required data.
* Follow company policies and workplace safety (WSH) guidelines.
* Conduct basic administrative support tasks when required.
Essential Qualifications:
* Diploma / ITE Certificate in Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
* Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
* Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and data management tools.
Skills Required:
* Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-50 words per minute preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
* Knowledge of basic data management and spreadsheet functions.
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills for coordination with team members.
