The Role
Joining a small team of Materials Scientists and reporting directly to the Innovation Director, the Materials Scientist will play a pivotal role in exploring new technologies, products, and services to support the growth of this expanding company and its diverse client base. Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and conducting experiments
2. Preparing detailed reports and research papers
3. Writing reviews
4. Developing innovative ways to enhance existing products

What’s Required of the Materials Scientist?
* Educated to a degree level within Materials Science or similar
* Experience focusing on Polymers, Fabrics, and Textiles
* Any commercial experience working as a Materials Scientist would be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communicator, highly organised, and a creative flair
