£23,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

We're Driver Hire Dundee, a locally owned and managed, award-winning recruitment agency specialising in transport and logistics. We're growing and looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team - someone who's organised, people-focused, and up for a fast-paced, varied role.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - whether you're placing a driver for a same-day shift in the city or helping a local business plan ahead for a big week of deliveries. You'll be:

* Sourcing Candidates - using job boards, social media, and local networks
* Interviewing - chatting with candidates to find out what they're looking for and what they're great at
* Working with Local Businesses - getting to know our clients and helping them find the right people
* Admin & Systems - keeping our database up to date (accuracy matters!)
* Compliance - making sure everything we do is above board and audit-ready
