The role of Recruitment and Attraction Partner is a key member of the function, working to ensure the recruitment of high calibre candidates across our support centre (head office) functions up to senior management.
As the Recruitment and Attraction Partner, you will be responsible for engaging and hiring exceptional candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers and our People Team to understand their needs, build talent pipelines, and drive innovative attraction strategies to ensure we continue to hire the best talent for Booker.
Partnering with hiring managers and the People team to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and networking efforts.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Use data-driven insights to optimise recruitment strategies and report on hiring metrics.
Collaborate with the Recruitment and Attraction Manager support employer branding initiatives that enhance Booker’s visibility in the talent market.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best practices are applied.
Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes and attraction strategies.
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency recruiting for head office vacancies
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent attraction strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
