YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES In the last few years, the Property Consulting Group at CACI have experienced significant growth in consulting revenues; to support this continued growth, we have an opportunity for an Associate to join us for a summer internship at the CACI UK Headquarters in Kensington, London. The role is designed to support a variety of projects, providing strategic recommendations, bespoke analysis and consultancy services to some of the UK and Europe’s biggest landlords and property owners. This includes Westfield, Landsec and British Land. A large part of the role will involve analysing quantitative and qualitative data on shoppers, as well as helping our clients answer the following types of questions: Who are my shoppers and how should we market to them? What is the optimum tenant mix for my development? What is the best location to build in? How big should my development be? How do I perform compared to my competitors? The successful candidate is expected to have good problem-solving skills, be able to draw clear conclusions from data and work to tight deadlines. YOUR CORE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate, as well as being a highly motivated self-starter, will have the following skills: Studying a subject with high numerical content (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Geography) Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity or experience of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) a plus Good inter-personal skills and the ability to present to audiences A sound understanding and appreciation of UK retailing and UK geography Proven report writing skills Full GIS training will be given to the successful applicant TRAINING PAYMENT PACKAGE This is a paid internship, based in our London office, where the successful candidate will receive the London living wage for the duration of the internship.
