The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Projects Coordinator to support our Global HR Director for Brands on all current and upcoming People related projects.
This is a temporary full-time position for a minimum of 12 months with the potential of extension.
What you'll get to do
Supporting the Global HR Director Brands:
1. Partner with HRD to ensure operational efficiency, communication, and alignment across an international HR team for the effective delivery of activities.
2. Coordinate HR processes and calendars.
3. Prepare high-impact presentations and reports as required.
4. Organise and coordinate HR meetings, events, etc., as required.
5. Assist in managing special projects and initiatives that span across HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, DEI, employee engagement, and workforce planning, larger events), ensuring excellence in execution.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships across Brands HR community and act as a bridge between HR and other departments – internal and external stakeholders where relevant.
7. Schedule events and activities for the Brands HR community.
8. Analyse data related to KPIs, such as recruitment, turnover, and L&D.
9. Attend meetings, document the minutes and share follow-up on project action points with relevant stakeholders.
Supporting the UK Brands HR Team:
1. Provide support for talent acquisition tasks e.g. Assessment Centres and Onboarding.
2. Support with DEI partnerships and activities.
3. Coordination and consolidation of information across various talent development, wellbeing and engagement projects.

2. Highly skilled in digital tools - Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and SAP.

5. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a positive approach to work.
