On behalf of our client, a tech-led, award-winning company who is driving a change in the parking industry and reimagining urban mobility, we are currently looking for a skilled organized Executive Assistant to the Founders.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to transform parking into a seamless, automated experience, paving the way for smarter, more sustainable cities. With recent recognition as PayTech Company of the Year, a place among Deloitte’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the UK, and significant VC/PE investment, they’re scaling rapidly and need a skilled Executive Assistant to support their Founders as they lead us on this ambitious journey.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support their Co-Founders in executing high-level tasks that are pivotal to the company’s success. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will play a crucial role in enabling them to focus on driving strategic priorities. This role requires someone who is resourceful, has the highest standards of discretion, and can manage tasks at a level that will allow the Founders to maximize their impact.
You will be responsible for handling tasks that require both strategic thinking and precision, tasks the Founders are unable to take on themselves due to their high-level focus. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and who wants to make a significant impact on a company that is changing the future of urban mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize and manage time-sensitive tasks, and prepare high-level materials for meetings. Support the Founders in coordinating their efforts to meet the demands of scaling the business.
* High-Level Project Assistance: Take on research and analysis tasks that provide strategic insights, assist with the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and key company documents, and contribute to decision-making processes.
* Confidential & Sensitive Information Handling: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Act as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Communication and Representation: Draft professional, polished correspondence on behalf of the Founders, ensuring their voice is consistently represented across all communications.
* Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key business partners, investors, and senior leaders. Ensure the Founders have all the support they need to maintain strong external relationships.
* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address emerging issues and offer proactive solutions that ensure the smooth operation of the Founders' initiatives.
* Handling Complex Tasks: Take ownership of key tasks and initiatives, making sure all aspects of the Founders’ work are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.
* Provide Versatile Support: Take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, from high-level strategic initiatives to day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the Founders' priorities are effectively met.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leaders, ideally within a fast-growth, tech-driven company.
* Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, multifaceted tasks and priorities with precision.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and project management tools. Quick to adapt to new tools and systems.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication, with a professional, polished tone.
* Discretion & Confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality across all tasks.
* Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
* Driving Ability: It is advantageous if the EA can drive and has their vehicle, as the role may occasionally involve driving to various locations or picking up items.
* Comfort with Dogs: As the Founders bring their dogs to the office, being comfortable around dogs is essential.
What They Offer?
* Competitive Salary & Benefits: Reflective of your experience and designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
* Flexible Working Environment: Work from their Croydon office with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
* Career Development Opportunities: Training and development, with access to industry events and the chance to grow with a scaling company.
* Impactful Work: A meaningful role that makes a direct impact on the company’s mission to transform parking and mobility, contributing to the wider vision of smarter cities.
Why Them?
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in a purpose-driven company at the cutting edge of parking and urban technology. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and making a positive impact on urban mobility.
