Job overview
The Children and Young People’s Division are looking to recruit a RTT Validator on a 12-month, fixed-term contract.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Maintain the divisional PTL (Patient Tracking List) for admitted and non-admitted pathways.
2. Produce a weekly report from the Power BI system to track the patient pathway.
3. Support the outpatient team as and when required.
4. Monitor and Validate Epic:
o Reports
o Work queues
o Trust Reports from Performance Team
The successful applicant is expected to be self-motivated and work alongside other clinical, administrative and MDT teams. We are looking for a candidate seeking an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge. The work will be interesting and varied.

Person specification
Knowledge and Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
* Knowledge of administrative procedures, acquired through training and previous experience of working in an administrative environment.
* Awareness of the requirement to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of the Data Protection Act.
* NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Support Services or equivalent qualification.
Experience
* Evidence of problem solving and resolving issues as they arise.
* Experience of working in a customer facing environment, resolving queries and using initiative to ensure first-class service delivery.
* Previous NHS experience, or experience of working in a healthcare setting.
