Maintenance Coordinator, Wallingford - £26,000 - £30,000
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm - office based
Global CTS are working with a client based in Wallingford, they are looking for a to join their busy, lively and buzzing team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is process driven, flexible to help other team
members where needed, have good communication skills, excellent telephone confidence/manner and good time management, as they will be working to deadlines. It would also be an advantage if you have a background in contract renewals, but this is not essential.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain new and existing customer maintenance contracts
* Create maintenance jobs on a monthly basis using inhouse software
* Schedule in all clients maintenance jobs
* Create and issue work orders to subcontractors
* Follow up paperwork with engineers and sub contractors
* Issue customer paperwork
* Set up remedial quotations and following up with quote chasing
Skills
* Invoicing - recurring maintenance invoices
* Manage all contract renewals
* Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained to a high standard and promptly reporting any issues or complaints
* First line of contact for complaints and queries
* Communicating issues internally with relevant staff members
* Monitoring and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner
