Patient Safety/Accreditation Coordinator
Full-Time; Day Shift
The Accreditation Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing processes to support ongoing compliance with accreditation/regulatory agencies and standards. Key responsibilities include:
1. Sharing knowledge of processes to meet compliance with identified accreditation/regulatory standards.
2. Researching and obtaining interpretation of standards compliance requirements.
3. Assisting with the development of processes to support ongoing survey readiness.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 3 years experience in accreditation & regulatory.
* 5 years of accreditation and regulatory affairs experience within Sentara, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
