Job summary We wish to appoint a Consultant Gastroenterologist to join the existing department providing gastroenterology inpatient and outpatient services at The Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton These posts have arisen from the need to fill a recently vacated post and as a result of additional posts creation to further the expansion of the gastroenterology department. A variety of opportunities are available for a high-quality candidate to offer and develop a subspecialty interest complementary to the existing department. However, priority areas currently in need of staffing expansion are Nutrition, Trans nasal endoscopy and Video Capsule endoscopy and other associated services.
