Job Description
We are seeking a Client Account Manager with B2B experience to manage the technical and relationship aspects of print-on-demand and e-commerce fulfillment. In this role, you’ll work closely with a range of clients, including online retailers and corporate merchandise providers, managing the client journey from onboarding through to account growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients in print-on-demand, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
* Oversee the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring integration and satisfaction.
* Act as a main point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries.
* Implement strategies to drive account growth and retention.
* Gain a strong understanding of client needs and align company offerings to support their business objectives.
* Troubleshoot integration issues with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
* Analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
* Experience: 3-7 years in B2B client relationship management, ideally within manufacturing, printing, or e-commerce.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and support e-commerce platform integrations.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiar with print-on-demand, apparel, business supplies, logistics, manufacturing, or B2B services.
* Account Growth: Proven experience in growing accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and Amazon.
* Experience using CRM systems to manage client information and track interactions.
* Understanding of print/manufacturing processes is a plus.
