Branch Administrator Job - Orpington

Stannah is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Orpington Service Branch as a Branch Administrator. This is a full-time job, working hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 17:15pm and Friday 9am - 16.45pm.
This administrator job offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a team that values customer service and teamwork.
Administrator Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers, field engineers, and internal departments via phone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.
2. Coordinate and schedule work for field engineers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
3. Generate reports using Excel to support various administrative tasks.
4. Perform general admin duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, handling couriers, and managing post.
Administrator Job Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an admin job or similar role is essential.
2. An NVQ in Administration or equivalent is preferred.
3. Strong customer service skills and excellent numeracy proficiency are key for this role.
