Extrastaff Ltd, working in partnership with a well-known Logistics company located in Cowley, are currently recruiting for a PM Logistics Clerk.
This is a great opportunity for a PM Logistics Clerk to join an award-winning team and learn new skills.
Working Hours & Rates of Pay:
1. 4-day week on a rotating shift pattern (No weekend work required)
2. 16.30 hrs – 02.30 hrs, 10-hour days.
3. £11.58 - £13.61 per hour.
Duties:
1. Responsible for all administrative duties in relation to transport operation.
2. Ensuring operations and paperwork remain compliant with relevant legislation and policies/procedures.
3. Data Entry using SAP and TMS software.
4. Keep the management of bays accurate and efficient.
5. Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff.
6. Receive/Despatch trailers.
Role Requirements:
1. Previous experience working within a busy transport/distribution/logistics office (desirable).
2. Knowledge/experience of SAP (desirable).
3. Be computer literate and confident in the use of technology and IT systems.
4. Reliable and excellent time management.
5. Able to remain calm under pressure.
6. Using TMS software.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Keen eye for detail.
