We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take our sales function to the next level. This is a key role in streamlining operations, optimising tools, and improving processes to enable sustainable revenue growth and support high-performing teams.

About you:
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency and alignment across sales, marketing, and commercial teams. Your expertise in data management, CRM systems (with a focus on Salesforce), and process optimisation will empower our teams to execute more effectively and drive revenue growth.
This is more than just a role; it’s an opportunity to act as the backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) efforts, enabling data-driven decisions and scalable operations.
Data Management
* Ensure accurate client and prospect data while maintaining data integrity.
* Manage account relationships, ownership structures, and field validations.
* Build and maintain filters and lists for efficient access to relevant data.
* Validate and update contact details, ensuring irrelevant entries are tagged.
Opportunity Management & Forecasting
* Streamline opportunity management and forecasting processes.
* Champion best practices to ensure precise sales records and forecast accuracy.
CRM & Tech Stack Management
* Oversee and optimise Salesforce (layouts, workflows, and dashboards).
* Automate repeatable processes through Salesforce Flows and integrations with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, and Xero.
* Manage reporting to deliver clear visibility into KPIs and metrics.
Process Optimisation
* Improve workflows to foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
* Develop and implement best practices to enhance GTM strategies and execution.
Documentation & Training
* Create and maintain process and system documentation, including training materials such as guides and video tutorials.
* Maintain detailed reference documentation, including field dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Proven success in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Salesforce (administration and optimisation) and tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
* Data Mastery: Skilled in data integrity, validation, and actionable reporting.
* Process Improvement: Experience in streamlining workflows and driving efficiency.
* Documentation & Training: Strong ability to create user-friendly materials and maintain comprehensive documentation.
* Analytical Mindset: Able to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Salary
£35k - £50k+ (dependant on experience) + bonus & benefits
