We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver the reconfiguration of a £12M redevelopment including structural alterations, a new roof installation, and full refurbishment to restore and modernize this high profile space. You ideally will have new build and refurbishment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and sub contractors to execute the full build process, structural alterations and roof replacement.
* Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and heritage specialists to balance modern upgrades with historical integrity.
* Monitor costs, schedules, and quality control, ensuring project milestones are met.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing complex general build schemes or cultural building projects.
* Strong understanding of all types of construction, structural alterations, shell and core works and building regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or project management.
