Worldwide Education, The UK's number one supply agency, are looking to speak to experienced SEN Teacher and NQTs who are enthusiastic and motivated to undertake day to day supply cover, as well as long-term and permanent placements, in and around the Reading ( RG45) and surrounding area.
A successful SEN Teacher will be expected to work alongside dynamic, supportive teaching staff and senior leadership team in various different schools and commit to delivering the highest possible level of learning in a safety-oriented environment.
Payment
Salary for SEN Teacher is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications, ranging from £130-£160 per day. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are shown below.
Responsibilities
Role and Responsibility of an SEN Teacher
Plan and Deliver engaging lesson that accommodate a range of subjects to students with additional needs
Tailor teaching technique to suit different leaning preferences and abilities ensuing all students are supported.
promote a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Mange classroom behaviour effectively
Work closely with school staff and parents to encourage student growth and enhance well-being
Requirements
To be considered for this position of SEN Teacher you will:
Be passionate about working with Children
Hold QTS/ NQT status in the UK (desirable but not essential)
Strong Communions Skills
Experiences working with students with SEN needs
Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Have experience working in mainstream British Schools and be able to demonstrate teaching excellence.
