The In Patient Unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital sits at the heart of community health delivery in Richmond. Our 28 bedded unit supports the rehabilitation and care of local residents who need step up, step down and sub-acute care, and works integrally with our community and specialist nursing teams, our integrated health & social care reablement and response services, primary and secondary care. The staff in the community hospital deliver excellent care to people across the borough of Richmond and they are highly valued by our community. The patient is the focus of our work and the quality of care is paramount. We receive excellent feedback from our patients, relatives and commissioners. You will work as a valued, key member, of our nurse-led team. Main duties of the job The model of care is led a senior team that consists of a Clinical Service Manager. Lead Nurse and Lead Therapists who work collaboratively with an excellent team of nurses and health care assistants also supported by a dedicated team of therapists and general practitioners. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are continuing to develop our in-patient service.
