Working as part of the team based in Eye, Suffolk, we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist and Facilities Management Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of visitors to site, liaising with internal teams, including security and maintenance, while providing a multitude of support to the wider site to ensure smooth day-to-day running of all operations.
Full training will be provided; however, experience in a previous reception or customer service role is greatly preferred due to the nature of the work.
Duties:
* Switchboard call handling
* Reception administrative duties
* Receiving clients & visitors
* Liaising with hosts, security & kitchen
* Hospitality requests
* Facilities coordinator support including (but not limited to) raising supplier orders, allocating facilities management job orders, service record receipting, contractor bookings and record keeping
* Inter-site car hire management
* CAFM reporting of faults
* Maintaining meeting room standards
Education requirements:
* GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
Experience:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work under strict deadlines
* Experience of reception or customer service
* Computing skills, including word processing and use of Microsoft Office packages
* General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration with internal teams
* Great communication skills needed to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
