Experience required…
Essential:
1. Excellent knowledge and application in the use of TSRGD 2016, TSM chapters, DMRB, LTN1/20, LTN1/24 and other relevant design standards and guidance documents
2. Skilled user of AutoCAD and associated ‘KEY’ design packages (or equivalents)
3. Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control and progress reporting.
4. Ability to prepare detailed reports, documentation and presentations.
5. Practiced user of a Collision data system and data analysis
6. Experience in preparation and delivery of Traffic Regulation Orders
7. Understanding and working knowledge of CDM regulations.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, Elected Members, stakeholders and team members/colleagues.
9. Familiar with Highways Act Sec. 278, 38 and 106 agreements
10. UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client.
11. A full UK drivers license is essential
Desirable:
1. HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline would be an advantage
2. IEng CEng
