You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
Collaborating with our Talent Team to attract, recruit, and develop the next generation of talent. You'll coordinate and deliver structured apprenticeship, graduate, and industrial placement programs, ensuring they are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with our business needs. From designing targeted marketing campaigns to supporting professional development and building strong partnerships with educational institutions, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce.

You'll bring… (your wealth of experience & qualifications)
* Proven experience working with emerging talent, including apprenticeships and graduate schemes.
* Familiarity with apprenticeship systems and professional qualification pathways.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of the construction and civil engineering industry (desirable).
* A relevant degree in HR, education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
