Role Description The Business Development Executive is a fast track sales position and gateway to senior sales roles here at Sparta Global. You'll be responsible for white space and new business development to drive growth and long-term partnerships. Your key responsibility will be front line sales - booking high quality meetings with decision makers in our current and prospect clients. You'll start out in our sales academy where we'll teach you all the inner workings of Sparta Global and how to get future clients excited about what we do. From there you'll join us on the sales floor to progress our mission. This is a full-time hybrid role (Mon-Thurs in the office, Friday from home).
