The role… To be responsible for all Smart-Form updates, keeping queries to a minimum whilst carrying out proactive improvement to the current database. Apply a good knowledge of Excel skills to help enhance current reports and processes. To assist the admin team during busy periods and to ensure all daily targets / SLAs are met and completed within a timely and efficient manner. Also assist with all aspects of the technical helpdesk including CCTV commissioning & troubleshooting. What you will do… Ensure a full record of the current Smart-Form database is kept updated and maintained on a regular basis. Deal with any customer issues that they experience with Smart-Forms. Create new Smart-Forms and amend current Smart-Forms as and when needed. Have a good understanding of Excel which is essential to help the department improve current reports and processes. Have a basic understanding of SQL to amended databases and ensure working correctly. Make and implement recommendations on how the customer interface through Smart-Forms can be improved and developed. Access control requests, such as ID card creation (deletions / editing) and monthly & quarterly reports. Support the Administration team during busy periods by carrying out basic requests. This support will include tasks such as data changes, MAS review, inputting data sim details. To produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the department / management. Responsible for ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and without errors. To provide a swift response to all customer generated enquiries. Up-keep of version control for full documentation of changes made, with evidence of testing. Ensure the technical email inbox is kept up-to-date and carrying out all functions of CCTV commissioning and troubleshooting current CCTV sites. Supporting engineers via email and telephone. Provide contingency training to wider team to upskill their understanding / knowledge of this role. To assist our Operations team when required in the event of extreme weather conditions and periods of manual operation. To carry out contingency cover support as / when directed. Actively provide assistance and advice for all Securitas colleagues in both routine & emergency situations. Fully contribute to new projects, processes, and services. Ad hoc duties as requested by the SOC Administration Manager. Actively support EH&S efforts of the company, understand, comply with EH&S policy.
