About the Role
* Prestigious Account Management – Supports AstraZeneca’s Cambridge Biomedical Campus, including The Discovery Centre, as part of Sodexo’s high-profile UK accounts.
* Dual Workstreams Oversight – Supervises Campus Logistics (75% focus) and Workplace Experience within the South Plot, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Team Leadership & Service Coordination – Manages a team of approximately 14, oversees service delivery, and acts as a point of escalation for logistics activities.
* Customer Experience & Compliance – Works alongside the South Plot Customer Service Lead to maintain high standards in housekeeping, catering, and employee engagement.
* Performance & Culture Development – Ensures operational success by meeting targets and fostering a positive, proactive, and inclusive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong Communication & Leadership – Ability to build long-term client relationships, lead diverse teams, and foster a high-performing work culture in logistics, corporate, hospitality, or visitor attraction settings.
* Operational & Organizational Excellence – Skilled in managing multiple workloads, shifting priorities, and meeting deadlines with strong planning and organizational abilities.
* Customer Service & Engagement – Deep understanding of exceptional customer service, with experience in creating and driving a positive workplace culture.
* Technical & Industry Expertise – At least three years of experience leading an operations team in logistics, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Process & Compliance Knowledge (Desirable) – Experience in process creation, corporate or scientific environments, dangerous goods (ADR), GxP compliance, and courier account management (domestic and international shipping).
