Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions within deadlines
* Research, write, and edit compelling bid responses tailored to client requirements
* Work closely with operational teams, sales, and senior management to develop winning proposals
* Ensure compliance with bid requirements and evaluation criteria
* Develop and maintain a library of bid content, case studies, and supporting documents
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to enhance bid strategy
* Support contract renewal processes and tender opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the Facilities Management or related sector
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
* Ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling content
* Understanding of procurement processes and tendering within public and private sectors
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
