About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee security installation projects across the North East, based from our Middlesbrough office. This role is key in ensuring the successful delivery of security systems, maintaining high standards of quality, and managing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of security installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
* Team Leadership: Manage and support installation engineers, providing guidance and ensuring all work meets compliance and industry standards.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with relevant security regulations, health & safety guidelines, and company procedures.
* Resource Management: Oversee materials, equipment, and workforce allocation to maximize efficiency.
* Budget Control: Monitor project costs, ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives.
