Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef for our client, an award-winning hotel in Truro, Cornwall. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast-paced environment, be a driven individual, and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.

The successful Sous Chef responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
* Leading, motivating, managing, and training the kitchen team.
* Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus and assisting with all aspects of kitchen management.
* Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers, and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene, and safety.
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
A Sous Chef role at this establishment is like no other, with an outstanding reputation across the South West and a huge focus on locally sourced ingredients.
