Electrical Engineer - Overview
We are working with one of the UK's largest Energy & Asset Management companies who have over 30 years experience installing and maintaining District Heating Networks, Energy Centres and large scale Plant Rooms. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to come on board who would be interested in training up on plant room systems such as Commercial Boilers, Heat Pumps, Biomass, Steam Systems, BMS Controls and Heat Interface Units.
Day to day you will be working in commercial premises such as Hospitals, Universities and District Heating main plant rooms. You will carry out testing, maintenance, servicing and repair electrical breakdowns on all plant room systems. Occasionally, you will go into domestic properties to work on the Heat Interface Units. You will be carrying out wiring and fault finding of HIUs, works within Plant Rooms such as boiler controls, pumps, pressurisation units, training on BMS and controls and more.

They can offer you clear routes to progress and would like an Electrician who is keen to develop their knowledge through additional training such as training on BMS, Plant Room Systems and more. This role will be mobile throughout the North East attending both domestic properties and centralised plant rooms.
Electrical Engineer - Requirements
1. 18th Edition
2. NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering
3. Safe Isolation knowledge
4. Full UK Driving Licence
5. A willingness to learn and develop
Electrical Engineer - Salary & Overview
1. Salary up to £46,000
