Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deal Compliance Administrator to be the primary support person for the Sales management team, with specific responsibility for ensuring each deal signed off for delivery meets the compliance requirements as set out by WMG. This includes ensuring timely and accurate payout from our Funding partners, reducing errors in invoicing and minimizing potential loss through errors or fraud.
Duties
* Provide daily Deal Administration support to the management and sales teams.
* Submit payout paperwork along with any supporting documentation that forms a condition of payout in the acceptance terms of the finance house.
* Verify manufacturer support for each deal in line with manufacturer offers.
* Ensure manufacturer support is claimed at point of delivery.
* Ensure deals have been completed in line with our ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ process.
* Review deals for any TCF violations and ensure they are rectified prior to delivery of the vehicle, with escalation for any ‘Red’ violations.
* Review and complete Vehicle Release Sheets to ensure that each file has been fully completed and meets the standard set out in company policy.
* Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliation of deals logged and invoiced.
* Administer internal and manufacturer systems including our digital archiving system.
* Attend Monthly F+I reviews to share best practices and report on performance.
* Review and run reports as required to provide administrative performance of Managers and Sales Executives.
* Complete training to attain a standard of competency in understanding the sale of Finance Products, General insurance, and Consumer duty.
* Provide support on occasion to customers who require assistance with products purchased historically.
Working Hours
This role is offered on a 5-day out of 7 basis, starting at 8:30am and finishing at 6:00pm. There will be two roles, one in Oxford and one in Northampton, and between these, we need cover 7 days a week. Therefore, there may be some flexibility in which days you work, but it is likely to include one day at the weekend.
