What the Job Involves As an Anti-social Behaviour Officer working within the Resident Relationship ASB Team, you will handle referrals for complex and high-risk cases. Your role will involve creating clear, outcome-based plans and risk management action plans, while maximizing access to various support services and interventions. You will focus on assisting residents who are facing crises related to mental health, domestic abuse, harassment, hate crimes, loss and bereavement, as well as substantial debt and financial hardship.
