Registered Manager – Brand New 2-Bed EBD Children's Home

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Bonuses

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD home in Walsall. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on making a meaningful difference while growing their career in an ambitious and supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the registration process with Ofsted and ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
* Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated support staff to deliver exceptional care.
* Implement and monitor individual care plans to ensure the highest levels of support and development for the children in your care.
* Maintain and continuously improve the home's compliance with Ofsted regulations, working to achieve and maintain 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
* Manage budgets effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
* Build strong relationships with external agencies, families, and local authorities.
About You:
* You must be a Registered Manager or have extensive experience as a Deputy Manager in an EBD or children’s residential care setting.
* Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
* A proven track record of successful leading or supporting with Ofsted inspections.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.
* Committed to building a positive, child-centred home with a therapeutic approach to care.
