The Role
As a Sales Quality Control Administrator, you will ensure that contract submissions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Customer Experience Team, you will be the link between the sales team, customers, and suppliers, maintaining quality standards throughout the process. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate will be crucial in delivering outstanding service.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control checks on all contract submissions from the sales team and external partners.
Review and verify contract details through call listening or documentation checks.
Resolve contract errors and liaise with customers to ensure the smooth submission of contracts.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm contract acceptance or resolve any issues.
Proactively handle supplier rejections, track queries, and implement feedback to improve processes.
Stay updated on internal procedures and supplier requirements, continuously seeking process improvements.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, office-based (no weekends)
Requirements
Strong administrative skills, ideally gained in a high-volume, sales-focused environment.
Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to getting things right first time.
