Role - Full time – Mid Level with 3years' experience minimum Working - Based in our Bristol office We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager / event producer to joint the team managing a portfolio of events for one of our key accounts at Magic Number. The role of Campaign Manager is to manage their own events and campaigns under the management of their Campaign Director, maintaining the relationship with a selection of Magic Number clients with a focus on one of our largest clients. This role will be overseen by our Managing Directors and report into your Campaign Director. The role will support others in the company to ensure a smooth delivery of events and activations. The Role Day to day management of a portfolio of events across the year, with a main focus on brand activations in a festival setting. From concept to delivery, you will be responsible for taking the creative and turning it into a live activation, from managing our in house production team to installing and running the event. Delivering strategic direction to your clients and team across your portfolio of events. Leading the delivery of multiple activations across the year from conception to delivery. The lead go to for client comms, updates and reporting. Day to day client management as well as campaign team. Working with the Campaign Director to manage the budget, report budget updates to client and assist with budget reconciliation. Working alongside the Founders and Campaign Director to identify and drive opportunities to grow your portfolio including new opportunities for clients, new services, and new trends. Reviewing and analysing the delivery of projects with a view to achieving future efficiencies whilst ensuring all work is delivered with the highest of standards and surpasses client’s expectations. Working with all departments within the company on elements needed and keeping them up to date with client feedback. Ensuring all correct paperwork is created and submitted including RAMS and Licenses. Reporting to the founders on targets and overall campaign achievements as required. What you need for the role At least 3 years’ experience working as a Campaign Manager/Event Producer or similar level within an event agency environment. Experience being the lead to deliver events and brand activation campaigns. A background in people management and staffing events to deliver the companies vision. A strong knowledge of event production requirements and experience with large scale installations at events. The ability to effectively project manage multiple campaigns and live events simultaneously. Strong presentation skills needed as well as creative input. Efficient in Excel and budget management. A passion for live events, large scale productions and festivals. Happy to be away from home for multiple days at a time. You’re a team player and a collaborative thinker with a can do positive attitude. Driving license preferable.
