My client,a magnificent Grade I Listed Country House hotel in Kettering, require a Housekeeping Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be someone that has previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or a strong Deputy Head Housekeeper in a guest facing role within 4-star hotels. In addition, a great personality is key for this role with a warmth and ability to build rapport quickly with colleagues and guests.
To be successful in this role, you will have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example.
The role of Housekeeping Manager:
* Manage the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department.
* Be hands-on and required to complete inspections as well as clean rooms, run the department within the budget constraints, assist with payroll and rotas.
* Have the ability todelegate tasks, motivate the team, identify training needs, and assist in their on-going personal development.
* Handle all guest needs, enquiries, Lost Property enquiries, requests and complaints where appropriate in a prompt and efficient manner.
