About the Job
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing much of the creative marketing and sales assets, including digital advertising banners, social media graphics, landing pages, one-pagers, whitepapers, slide presentations, and video animation.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in the business, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This is a fast-paced, international company so we will need you to be incredibly creative, organised, hard-working, and flexible.
Objectives of this role
1. Developing eye-catching creatives for marketing and advertising campaigns including social media graphics, case studies, reports, email templates, and more to generate leads and drive engagement.
2. Thinking creatively to produce new design ideas that appeal to the target audiences.
3. Creating presentations, sales decks, and one-pagers for each of our products, verticals, and countries.
4. Helping with video production and creating short video clips for product education, advertising campaigns, customer use cases, event promotions, and more.
5. Ensuring all content produced supports PayFuture’s brand identity and is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, and print.
6. Supporting the Social Media team in creating new concepts and ideas ensuring our platforms are engaging and informative.
You will be a good fit if you:

2. Have 6-7 years of experience in a graphic design role in an agency or B2B business.
3. Are an expert in Adobe CC, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
4. Are able to tell a story through multiple mediums and are willing to explore and test new creative approaches.
5. Have prior experience with video production and rich media creation.
6. Are experienced in creating presentations and other sales and marketing collateral for a B2B business.
7. Are skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
8. Are able to translate B2B pain points/objectives into creative assets and ads.
9. Are flexible and highly adaptable; you are open-minded to work in a multicultural environment.
10. Are able to work to tight deadlines. You are motivated and enthusiastic, with exceptional attention to detail.
11. Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
12. Are obsessed with current design trends and are able to take feedback and follow instructions.
13. Are looking to push creative boundaries while ensuring commercial viability.
14. Are able to give and receive constructive criticism.
