The Role..
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the annual business plan and strategy to drive growth across your region. You’ll ensure that targets are met by coaching, motivating and developing a high-performing team of Territory Managers, supporting them in achieving their sales objectives. You’ll also play a pivotal role in identifying key trends within the NHS, driving business, partnership and joint working opportunities that benefit both Coloplast and the NHS.
Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including procurement, payers and business leads within Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). You’ll utilise business intelligence and customer insights to enhance Coloplast’s value proposition.
Collaboration with Marketing will be key as you help execute national campaigns and tailor them to your region’s specific needs to drive business growth. You will also be tasked with monitoring and assessing regional performance against sales and marketing objectives, providing feedback and proposing solutions to the National Sales Director.
Additionally, you will develop and implement plans for key accounts within the region. This will involve working closely with Healthcare Partnership Managers, Tissue Viability Nurse Specialists and other relevant stakeholders to secure new, large accounts and drive business growth.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the NHS landscape and its impact on local healthcare delivery. You’ll bring a proven track record in sales management, including Key Account Management and possess excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills. Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to translate data into actionable insights are essential.
