Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: St Andrews, Fife
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. As Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
1. Supervising a large team of Room Attendants to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and luxury
2. Deliver daily briefings with the Room Attendant team, highlighting VIP's and setting daily initiatives
3. Enhance your attention to detail, to help drive cleanliness and presentation results
4. Develop your communication skills and liaise with other departments in the hotel, helping to deliver smooth service to all guests
5. Inspect guest rooms, with a focus in providing unique and magic moments for our guests
6. Coaching Room Attendants throughout the daily operation, providing feedback to enhance quality of their work
Qualifications
7. Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
8. Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
9. Excellent organizational skills and time management
