About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join ALK-Abelló. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize product performance and align with global marketing initiatives. You will drive an omnichannel marketing approach and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to optimize product performance.
* Conduct strategic business planning, including forecasting and KPI monitoring.
* Implement and oversee marketing customer journey tactics.
* Collaborate with local and global teams to drive an omnichannel approach.
* Ensure compliance with ALK/Pharma Code of Conduct and regulations.
* Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring budget alignment.
* Conduct market research and provide insights for product launches.
* Work with external vendors on omnichannel marketing campaigns.
* Support sales teams with marketing materials, training, and program monitoring.
* Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for strategic insights.
* Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical promotion and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Science or Business.
* 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
* Strong business acumen and a "customer-first" mentality.
* Proactive, action-oriented, and organized mindset.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in omnichannel marketing strategies.
* Knowledge of Allergy, Immunotherapy, and Allergic Asthma is preferred.
* Fluent in English.
